The Catholic Social Justice Committee focuses in the parish and in the metro area on projects in keeping with the Church’s social teachings. The Committee provides a voice for the poor in the political system. You can choose to be involved in some or all of our projects. We welcome new members.

Following are some examples of Committee projects/areas of interest:

·         Parish Movie Nights, Small Group Meetings

·         Oklahoma Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty

·         VOICE (Voices Organized in Civic Engagement)

·         Recent Issues:  Restorative Justice, Economic Justice,Education Reform

·         Parish Candidate/Issues Sessions

·         Catholic Day at the Legislature

Meets 3rd Wednesday evening of each month.
